Use our search to see which properties are available for your dates. You can filter by destination, capacity and amenities. Each listing shows detailed information, real photos and the final price for your selection.
Review the terms
Before booking, check the cancellation policy, minimum-stay requirements and everything included in the price. We want you to book with full information.
Book and prepare for arrival
Complete your booking in the ICNEA engine. You will receive a confirmation email with everything you need to know. A few days before arrival, we send you access instructions and we remain at your disposal for anything you need.
During your stay
You are not on your own after booking
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive practical information about your property: how to get there, where to park, how to access it and everything you need for a stress-free arrival.
During your stay, if you have any questions or issues, you can contact us via WhatsApp. We do not outsource to an external service: the same team that prepared your property responds.
Before check-out we remind you of the steps to follow —simple and with no surprises— so departure is just as smooth as arrival.

What travellers often ask us
Does the property really look like the photos?
Photos of each property are real and current, taken by our team or by professional photographers who work with us. We do not use renders or generic images. That said, light, season and the passage of time may mean some details vary slightly. If you have a specific question about a property, ask us and we will answer it.
How do I check availability and price for my dates?
You can use our property search from the booking page. Select your destination, dates and number of guests, and you will see real-time availability with the final price for your dates. The price you see is the price you pay, with no added costs at the end of the process.
What if I need help during my stay?
Our operations team is available via WhatsApp during your stay for any questions or issues. It is not an answering machine or an outsourced service: a person from the team who knows your property and the area responds. For emergencies outside office hours, we give you instructions at check-in.
How does arrival at the property work?
A few days before arrival you will receive a message with the exact address, access instructions (keys, lockbox or in-person reception, depending on the property), parking information and local recommendations. If you are arriving outside the expected window, we will coordinate with you so everything is ready.
Where can I see the cancellation terms?
Each booking has its own cancellation terms, which are shown in detail before you confirm payment —not after— in the ICNEA booking process. You can also check our Booking terms page on the website, which explains the general policy.
Why is there a different minimum stay depending on the season?
The minimum stay is adjusted according to demand in each season and the characteristics of each property. In high season (summer, Easter, bank holidays) it is usually 5 to 7 nights. In mid and low season it may drop to 3 or 4 nights. The search shows you the applicable minimum stay for your dates before you enter any details.
How do I make a booking?
The booking is completed through our ICNEA booking engine. You enter your details, review the final price with all items broken down, and make the payment. Payment can be in full or in two parts (deposit + remainder before arrival), depending on each property's terms. You will receive a confirmation email with a summary and the next steps.
What should I check before paying?
Before confirming payment, we recommend reviewing: the total price breakdown, the applicable cancellation policy, the minimum stay, check-in and check-out times, included services, and whether a security deposit is required (its amount and how it is returned). All this information is visible on your booking confirmation screen.
